Das Mega-Projekt verschlang rund zwei Millionen Euro, beinhaltete ein vorgelagertes Bad von ca. 30 Metern Länge, zwei Wasserfälle sowie einen Licht-Simulator, der für künstliche Wolkenhimmel sowie den Auf- und Untergang der Sonne sorgt. Wobei die Verkaufschancen von Experten als eher gering erachtet werden. Laut „Heute.at“ wird der Wert der Villa aktuell auf 50 bis 70 Millionen Euro geschätzt.
